Karen Robinson is a vibrant communicator who uniquely challenges leaders to reach their full potential through compelling and creative teaching methods. She helps develop leaders, and teaches them to reach their audience through compassion, candor, and communication.

Karen is a product of the inner-city and is the ninth of ten children. It was in this large family setting that she learned the importance of submission to leadership. It was there that she learned that every great leader must be a great follower.

As the Leadership Director at the Oasis Worship Centre, Karen teaches a message of hope, unity, and teamwork. She believes that the wine is in the cluster, not in the grape, and that personal destiny is only accomplished when cultivated and united with the personal destinies of others.

Karen speaks frequently, providing training and resources for Executives, Managers, Pastors, and their staffs. Karen believes that ministry begins in the home. She is a loving and devoted wife and mother. She resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and their two children.
